CanaryTek offers a blend of IT support and services for small and medium enterprises and micro businesses, including IT consultancy, network infrastructure and system administration, telecommunications systems and services. The eBox Platform based services and solutions include deployment and management of file and printer servers, backup, LDAP and e-mail services and are specially focused to micro businesses.
Research and development activities in the field of IT systems and their integration make up an important part of CanaryTek’s business activity. As a result of this work, CanaryTek has developed ModularIT, virtualized services oriented architecture that includes monitorization and management environ-ment. ModularIT is OSS based software that aims to become a community project intended for system administrators. Currently all the services offered to SMBs by CanaryTek are based on this technology and allows the company to guarantee the highest service levels and maximum customer satisfaction.
